Role Overview

We are looking for a curious and collaborative UX Researcher to join our London studio on a contract basis for a minimum of 8 weeks. As part of a larger product team, you’ll support ongoing user research efforts to help create innovative, world-class, user-centred digital products for a major tech company client.

As a UX Researcher you’ll:

• Identify research questions and recommend the best research method(s) to answer them
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to form an understanding of user behaviours, needs and pain points
• Plan and execute research activities using a variety of methodologies including: usability testing, in-depth interviews, comparative/competitive analysis, heuristic analysis, etc.
• Working alongside a strong team of senior researchers
