2D/3D Motion Designer

We are working with a prestigious agency who are looking for a Motion Designer/Director. The individual must be a visual storyteller who has a profound love for creativity and innovation, maintaining a forward-looking perspective on the industry.

The Motion Designer should have a strong passion for crafting beautiful and thoughtful brands, consistently striving to deliver exceptional work. With a desire to inspire, lead, and shape motion languages and systems, this person seeks opportunities to contribute to some of the most prominent brands globally.

Skills

• Fantastic Animation skills in both 2D and 3D
• Masterful understanding of After Effects and C4D with good working knowledge of Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and the Adobe family.
• The skills and experience to define, create and realise motion design principles, behaviours and systems for brands
• Researching and showcasing the use of new and relevant technologies
• Experience with UI motion and prototypes would be an advantage
• Directing projects safely through the design production process
• An understanding of and experience in designing for different mediums (e.g. web, television and social media) and the restraints or restrictions involved
• The ability to create a strategically led motion design system and translate that system into a set of motion principles and guidelines
• An interest and skills/experience in processing and creative coding would be a big bonus
