NEW ROLE – CREATIVE ARTWORKER – COOL SPORTS FASHION & FOOTWEAR
Up to £45,000 + benefits (onsite gym, F&F discount, employee allowance, £250/quarter for fitness)

We are working with a super cool sports footwear and apparel brand who are looking for an amazing creative artworker to join their growing design team.
This artworker will have the opportunity to have the freedom to be super creative with the brand guidelines but must have the skillset to be able to dial into the brand.
We are looking for people who have fantastic artwork skills but also great creative ability with retouching
Ideally you will be relevant experience in the fashion/sports industry and a passion for helping to build an incredibly cool brand!
Responsibilities:
- Artwork production of a combination of print and web-based brand assets
- General preparation of design files to a digital reprographic standard ready for pre-press production – apparel, packaging and print
- Retouching experience under creative direction
- Creating artwork from scamps or verbal briefs
- Required to produce digital web banners and email templates
- Liaising closely with creative and digital teams on a regular basis
- Effectively artwork projects to ensure consistency through the business
- Reviewing and pre-flighting documents and assets
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure planning schedules run smoothly.
- Able to understand and work to brand guidelines.
- Collaborative team player, able to work well with designers and other team members.
- Highly conscientious, professional and thorough; confident and adaptable member of the team
- Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work under pressure to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining full attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about continually improving standard of work and skill set
- Great progress reporting skills at every stage of the design and artwork process.
- Methodical approach to archiving images and artwork.
- Basics in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro are a nice to have, but not essential.
