Creative Design Lead – Up to £45k – Oxford

This is a great opportunity to join an exciting and innovative internet brand based in Oxford. Reporting into the Head of Creative and managing one direct report, we are looking for a hands-on creative leader to develop an execute brand strategy and deliver engaging and impactful creative assets across digital and print.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, approve and produce a range of creative assets from online banner adverts, marketing materials (digital and print), info-graphics and much more
• Direct and own the creative output, from conception through to completion
• Ensure a high quality of work and brand consistency across platforms
• Coach and mentor junior members of the team

Key Skills:

• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills and strong print knowledge
• Experience in developing beautiful presentational packs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
• Infinitely creative with the ability to conceptualise new ideas
• Highly organised and methodical approach and a proactive approach
