Creative Director

Creative Director, £80k – London, Hybrid

Are you a passionate Creative Director ready to step into your next role? Or maybe a Lead Creative Designer/Manager ready to make the jump to Director. We are seeking a new Creative Director to join an award -winning premium cosmetics company, and we want to hear from you.

This role requires you to play a vital role working alongside the founder and leadership team in developing the company’s brand identity and voice. Ensuring to create compelling campaigns, creative strategies and assets across all brand touch-points.

We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, passion and confidence to the company, with an innovative, strategic approach and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Ideally, you will bring your skill-set and knowledge of AI to help stay ahead of the curve with creative trends and upkeep the creative demands.

Key Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in creative direction, preferably in beauty, skincare, or health care sectors
• Proven track record of creating sophisticated, premium creative work
• Experience developing creative that appeals to educated, discerning consumers
• Experience and capability to design and video-edit with working knowledge of key design tools and software
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct creative teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic creative thinking and execution
