Designer – 1 Year FTC

We are collaborating with an exceptional client in the space and place industry and they are currently seeking an integrated designer with a primary focus on Branding and Digital Design for a 1-year FTC.

The chosen candidate will function as part of a creative team spanning various disciplines, undertaking projects both collaboratively and independently. They will receive support from Account Managers and the Head of Digital. Situated within a growing digital team with ambitious goals, this role offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious designer to lead projects, elevate the agency’s overall creative digital output, and contribute significantly to its expansion. Creativity and innovation are highly encouraged, both in collaborative efforts and individual contributions.

• Intuitive understanding of user experience and content planning
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to provide art direction across diverse disciplines
• Capability to take ownership of a project, comprehend the brand narrative, pose pertinent questions, and translate it into a digital manifestation
• Effective articulation and presentation of work to stakeholders
• Collaboration with in-house developers to bring a vision to fruition
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Sketch; property experience is beneficial but not mandatory

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with creative directors and brand designers, offering insights on campaign pitches and larger projects
• Independently lead creative aspects of various digital projects
• Formulate UX strategy, create site maps, and generate wireframes for websites, apps, and other interactive experiences
• Develop visual concepts and present ideas to the wider team and clients
• Oversee design for digital projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring consistency throughout the studio
• Research and explore new creative solutions and technologies.
