Designer

Salary: £45K – 50k

Location: Marlow-Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

I am working with a fantastic branding agency with top clients within industries ranging from cosmetics and furniture to yachting, wellness, and luxury goods. They are looking for a Senior Designer to join their team. You must be a driven and creative professional with 10+ years of experience who can take the lead, adapt across projects, and challenge conventional ideas while collaborating with the broader team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and contribute to a variety of high-end design projects across sectors like luxury goods, automotive, and the wellness space.
• Switch seamlessly between projects, maintaining a dynamic and energetic approach.
• Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, challenging existing concepts while respecting constructive feedback.
• Work closely with the other designer, bouncing ideas off one another to achieve exceptional results.
• Manage all aspects of design, from UI/UX and typography to print layouts and logotype creation.
• You must be flexible, adapt easily and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and InDesign.
• Strong skills in UI/UX design and print layout.
• Advanced understanding of typography and logotype design, including technical tools like Glyphs.

• Proven experience in product branding across industries such as cosmetics, furniture, and the yachting or super-prime residential markets.
• Preferred tools-Apple systems.
• A strong interest in luxury goods and services.

• You must be a dynamic self-starter who is open to constructive criticism and eager to collaborate with others.
