Digital Designer – Mid/Senior

Salt have partnered with a rapidly scaling beauty eCommerce brand to find them a mid/senior Digital Designer to join the creative team and play a key role in enhancing brand presence across digital platforms.

As Digital Designer, you’ll be responsible for producing high-impact paid social advertising assets, designing engaging emails, and optimizing website experiences to drive conversions and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has significant experience in designing digital ads optimized by performance insights with experience in e-commerce and a strong aesthetic eye.

Reporting into the Creative Director and working closely with our Marketing Director, Growth team and Creative Designer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across the full spectrum of digital design, contributing to the growth of a scaling brand at the forefront of the beauty and skincare world.

So, what are they looking for?

• Accomplished digital designer with 5+ years’ experience.
• Extensive video edit experience with a portfolio of editing for ads and digital platforms.
• Experience in developing paid social hooks and commercially engaging content
• An impressive conceptual outlook and ability to produce original ideas and to creatively problem solve in time sensitive situations
• High-level creative thinking and the confidence to use it
• Proficiency in relevant software such as Adobe suite.
• Strong command of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A keen interest in AI & examples of how it has or will create optimal digital outcomes
• Content creation experience
• Art Direction experience
