Job Title: Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

Location: Hybrid – London

Salary: £35-45,000 + Benefits

Our client, a global leader in business decision making, is seeking a highly skilled Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating impactful and engaging visual designs for both digital and print platforms. Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality visual content for both digital and print platforms, including but not limited to: websites, landing pages, social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide design direction and guidance to junior designers and other team members, as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
• Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and design standards, ensuring consistency across all channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital and print design for strategic campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Good working knowledge of Google Slides, Google Docs, Powerpoint, and Word
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and user experience design.
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms, including responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
