About the Role:

As a key member of our global design team, you’ll be at the forefront of translating our corporate brand into captivating visual stories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and bring your design expertise to life across various mediums, from digital to print and beyond. This is your chance to create impactful solutions that inspire connection.

What You’ll Do:

• Champion Our Brand: Translate business strategies into creative touchpoints that extend our corporate identity across multiple channels.
• Create Stunning Assets: Design and build assets for online, print, and video that adhere to brand guidelines and usability standards.
• Video Production: Edit and produce engaging videos, developing motion graphics, storyboarding, and ensuring all content meets brand standards.
• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with a talented global design team, co-designing projects and sharing ideas that push boundaries.
• Multitask with Ease: Balance multiple fast-paced, high-priority projects while delivering exceptional results on tight deadlines.
• Evolve Our Library: Help expand our collection of illustrations, photography, and other creative assets that reflect our company’s evolution.

Who You Are:

• An Inspirational Creative Brain: You have a passion for imagining and executing design work that is not only best-in-class but also authentic to our brand.
• A Versatile Designer: Proficient across various media and comfortable crafting for multiple audience types. Your skills span PowerPoint, motion graphics, animation, and illustration, with SharePoint design as a bonus.
• Experienced: You bring at least 5 years of graphic design experience, ideally from an agency or corporate setting, and have a knack for working in global teams.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PremierePro) and Canva. Video experience is a must!
• Excellent Communicator: You excel in keeping stakeholders updated, sharing project ideas, and navigating challenges with confidence.
• Passionate and Responsible: High-energy, eager to collaborate, and capable of giving and receiving constructive feedback.
