Salt have partnered with a high-growth, VC-backed B2C Fintech start-up to find them a Lead Product Designer to spearhead their design efforts and lead with exceptional craft.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a mission-led global organisation, led by 3rd-time founders and backed by the likes of Spark Capital, Canaan, and Breyer Capital.
As Lead Product Designer, you’ll work alongside a Senior Product Designer to create simple, clean, and effective product journeys with pixel-perfect UI to bring the brand to life. You’ll be comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-changing environment and take features from concept to launch.
So, what are they looking for?
- 7+ years’ hands-on experience designing Consumer Apps (bonus points for Fintech)
- End-to-end Product Design skills, from ideation to iteration.
- Ability to build and work with Design Systems.
- Excellent User Research skills, and the ability to know when to delve deep with it.
- User-obsessed.
- Happy working closely with Engineers to ship features.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London. The whole team spend 1 week fully onsite per month, with the rest being fully remote.
