We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Designer to join our clients team at a full-service creative agency based in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will be an innovative and forward-thinking designer, with at least three years of experience working in an agency environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of creatives to deliver innovative and engaging design solutions for a variety of clients across all forms of traditional media and digital platforms.
• Produce high-quality designs for branding, marketing campaigns, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and other designers to ensure the delivery of the best possible creative solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to the team.
• Take a proactive approach to stay up to date with design trends, new technologies, and emerging digital platforms.
• Deliver work on time and to a high standard.

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of experience working in an agency environment.
• Proven experience in designing for both traditional media and digital platforms, with a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Degree or equivalent in graphic design or a related field.
