We are pleased to announce a partnership with a prominent governing body, currently seeking an exceptional Conceptual Designer to join their team. As a Conceptual Designer, you will be responsible for creating original, high-quality, and creative concepts that adhere to brand guidelines. Your focus will be on developing targeted campaigns across social media, digital platforms, and print media, with a specific emphasis on conveying key messages to a Londonwide audience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative artwork for integrated campaigns that work seamlessly across multiple channels, including various social media platforms, digital media, and print.
• Manage the entire production process, from project specification to final delivery, while adhering to the organization’s procedures. This includes working with external suppliers, such as agencies, developers, printers, and freelancers when required, and providing print specifications. Ensure all deadlines are met, and projects are within budget.
• Work closely with the digital team to develop wireframes and designs for new content, employing user-centered design principles that are accessible and responsive across different devices, while maintaining visual integrity.
• Contribute to the development of the Creative Services team program and support the overall efforts of the Marketing team.
• Provide administrative support to ensure clear audit trails and quality assurance for all design projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Conceptual Designer, ideally within a marketing or creative agency setting.
• A portfolio demonstrating a strong ability to create original, visually compelling design concepts that effectively communicate messages to target audiences.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery within allocated budgets.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and the ability to create designs that are accessible and responsive.
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to maintain brand consistency and visual integrity across different channels and media.
