Product Designer – FinTech / SaaS startup

Salt have partnered with a seed stage FinTech startup in Europe who are looking for their first Product Designer to join them in building their MVP and beyond. In the role, you will lead the design of the product, build up all the foundations and play an integral role in building something their customers love.

As this is an early stage startup we are looking for someone who likes the pace and potential change that can come with a business of this size, looking to achieve big things in this space.

The product? In simple terms, they are creating a FinTech marketplace (an AppStore if you will) that enables businesses to purchase API’s or a node code solution to build out a finance function to their existing business.

What we need?

• 2+ years in a role as a Product Designer
• Experience in building a design system
• Someone more UX focused but can make something look pretty
• Worked in a similar stage company or worked as a sole designer
• Experience in FinTech, “no code” or SaaS preferred

What else?

• Fully remote role (if you’re based in Europe)
• Salary up to €65k
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• €2000 training budget
