CONTRACT – PROJECT/GRAPHIC VISUAL MERCHANDISER – 6 MONTHS

Asap start for 6 months

Hybrid working, in their London office (2 days in studio)

3/4 days a week

– £325/day 3 days a week

Required skills:

– Experience working in a fast-paced, high pressure, solution driven environment

– Demonstrate ability to multi-tasking with agility

– Experience as a Project Manager

– Experience and knowledge about vendors and materials

– 5+ years of experience as graphic designer or industrial design

– Ability to know how to develop planograms and read floorplans

– Ability to develop and create templates and technical drawings

– Experience with visual merchandising, including tester displayers and gondola designs

– Proficient in Adobe Creative (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)

Primary responsibilities:

– Work closely with Store Design team on new doors and renovations that will be using Red 2.0 concept and updating existing Legacy doors.

– Develop VM Regional templates to support the lineup strategy

– Work directly with vendors on the development

– Develop VM planograms/artwork

– Managing the Back wall bays distortion and refresh

– Adapt the artwork, manage the toppers production and implementation

– Communicate and coordinate with all relevant internal teams, ensuring the timely visibility of project information

– Review all store formats, cross check information from new strategy and define a plan and timeline to update them, alongside VM and SD

– Work with Retailers for Project approvals

– Work with VM / Shopfitters to coordinate the Orders / Shipment of new displayers

– Quotes, POs, Budget follow-up

– Dealing with snagging / maintenance issues and feedback

– Communicate and coordinate with all relevant internal teams, ensuring the timely visibility of project information
