Up to £55,000 + bonus + benefits

Our client, an independent creative agency are seeking a talented Senior Designer to join their dynamic team of 20+ professionals. As a Senior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work with renowned clients such as Diageo, Edrington UK, UFC, and Neom, while also playing a vital role in shaping their companies own communications.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Art Director, the successful candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in a lead design role. We are seeking an individual who possesses exceptional skills in articulation and presentation, both internally to inspire and lead, as well as externally to excite and challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and compelling design solutions for a diverse range of projects.
• Take ownership of projects from initial concept to final artwork, showcasing impeccable retouch skills.
• Read and interpret brand guidelines effectively, ensuring a seamless alignment with clients’ visual identities.
• Balance an exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to creative excellence, delivering work that exceeds client expectations.
• Act as a confident and persuasive presenter, inspiring both colleagues and clients with your ideas and designs.

Must-Haves:

• Demonstrable senior-level experience with industry-standard software including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Articulate and personable with excellent communication skills, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Good-to-Haves:

• Experience with motion design and 3D graphics, adding an extra dimension to your creative capabilities.
