We have partnered with a fantastic healthcare startup who are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience designing for both print and digital mediums, as well as working with a range of stakeholders. This role will require a minimum of two years’ experience in supervising a graphics team within a global business.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality designs that align with their company’s brand and vision. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into visually appealing designs. You will work with our marketing, product, and design teams to ensure that all our creative output is consistent with our brand identity and effectively communicates our message.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design
• Strong experience in both print and digital design
• Experience working with a range of stakeholders
• 2+ years of experience supervising a graphics team within a global business
• Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
• Motion graphics or video skills (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premiere)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into visually appealing designs
• Create high-quality designs that align with our company’s brand and vision
• Work with our marketing, product, and design teams to ensure that all our creative output is consistent with our brand identity and effectively communicates our message
• Supervise and mentor junior members of the graphics team
• Maintain a high level of quality in all our creative output
