Salt have partnered with a leading entertainment platform to help find them a Senior Product Designer to join their growing Design team. The organisation will be undertaking a large-scale transformation going into next year, with exciting innovations to their gaming portfolio to come.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major player in the entertainment industry who are also contributing heavily to social causes across the UK.
As Senior Product Designer, you’ll be reporting into the Senior Manager of UX and Design leading a small but dynamic design team. You’ll be collaborating cross-functionally with Business Analysts, Engineers, and Delivery Managers, and will be involved with all stages of the design process including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and UI delivery.
So, what are they looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in a B2C Product Design role, preferably within FMCG, retail, insurance, entertainment, gaming, etc.
- Proven UX and UI design experience across Web, Mobile, and Native App platforms.
- Experience independently conducting unmoderated quant research and usability testing.
- Experience mentoring and managing junior designers.
- Thorough knowledge of accessibility guidelines.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked on Design Systems, have worked on omnichannel experiences, and have experience with Motion design.
This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role, with 1-2 days per week at the office in Watford. The company offer some great benefits, including a 10% on target bonus, pension matched from 4.5-8.5%, 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and a yearly wellness allowance of £500.
