Senior UX/UI Designer

Senior UXUI Designer – Up to 70k d.o.e – Hybrid Remote (1 day/week in London Office)

Salt are partnered with an international consultancy seeking a talented designer to join their growing creative team. They’re looking for an all-rounder with proven experience who can take a lead in working across several high-profile clients. You should have a strong background in UX/UI design and be able to handle complex briefs in tight timescales. This role requires hands-on, motivated, and collaborative individuals.

Skills required:

• Strong UX/UI design background with experience as a lead or senior creative on high-profile client work
• Ability to formulate user journeys through wireframing, mock-ups, and clickable prototypes
• Conduct user research, testing, and generate reports based on customer experience workshops
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean UX, and design systems/thinking
• Working knowledge of design, layout, and typography for both mobile and web portals
• Develop and deliver concepts, come up with ideas, and help junior staff and peers execute them
• Take the design concept from concept to final designs and clickable prototypes
• Ability to present creative ideas and gain buy-in from internal teams and clients
• Think outside the box and innovate with creativity in mind
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Great team player with a can-do attitude
• Ability to sketch and draw free-hand for low-fidelity wireframing
• Knowledge of print art working is desirable
• Flawless eye for detail
