Director of Product: Enterprise Product

Salt have partnered with a well-known, product-led, global platform business shaping workflow tooling for Enterprise customers across the globe, as they search for a Product Leader to shape their Enterprise SaaS strategy.

This role offers a truly unique opportunity to scale the businesses first product team in the UK while focusing on high level vision and strategy around scaling their Enterprise customer base, sitting at the heart of the companies growth plans moving forwards. This is a highly visible, commercial role with a huge opportunity for impact, working for a business that is product-led, working with an exceptionally talented global team.

Not only will you play a pivotal role in future proofing the product portfolio but you’ll also be experienced and passionate about growing top talent in a Product Org. This is a true team build, taking a skeleton team to a fully fledged, Enterprise Tribe, targeting the biggest customer problems across the platform.

Since IPO, the business has experienced consistent growth, posting impressive quarterly financials across the year.

This role would suit an entrepreneurial leader, with the ability to work with stakeholders across all functions of the business, comfortable orchestrating product strategy and vision from the top down and with experience focusing on commercial value, alongside shipping products that customers love.

Here are some key skills they are looking for in a Product Leader:

• Previous experience leading and shipping Enterprise B2B SaaS products at scale is a must.
• A deep understanding of Enterprise customers and their needs.
• Proven experience and a genuine passion for coaching, managing and mentoring Product Managers and Managers of product people, with success stories in hiring and growing top teams.
• Scale-up experience and the ability to operate in these environments is vital.
• A strong entrepreneurial flair, with the ability to truly own a product in it’s entirety.
• Previous experience as a founder or consulting experience would be a bonus.

The position is based in London, on a hybrid basis, 2 or 3 days a week.

As part of the process, you’ll have the opportunity to speak with key stakeholders across the business, gaining true insight into the companies culture, passion for their product, and the exceptional bar of the talent in the team.
