This fantastic role will involve ensuring exceptional delivery of all global creative outputs and the supreme day-to-day running of a 15 strong studio.

We’re looking for an outstanding communicator with a studio management background in fast-paced environments – be that creative agencies or fast-growing consumer brands.

About the role:

• Be the face of the studio for all incoming creative briefs, understanding talent requirements as well as time restrictions
• Manage and continuously improve studio operations – implementing efficiencies and orchestrating the workflow of the studio
• Be the recruitment guru for all freelance requirements, manging the process via Yunojuno
• Build strong relationships and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as the Head of Design and external creative agencies
• Maintain diligent financial management, including raising POs, budgeting, and managing suppliers

About You:

• A background in studio management with experience of resource and traffic management in a fast-paced creative studio, agency or inhouse
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels – from Junior to C Suite
• OCD about organisation with the ability to always have a clear view of complex studio schedules and a multitude of deadlines
