Responsibilities:

• You’re the Sherlock of user requirements. You’ll sleuth around, gathering insights and needs, and translating them into designs that make hearts race.
• Their XD Methodology will be your secret potion, infusing the finest user experience and interaction practices into our designs.
• Get ready to be a bridge builder – you’ll work with teams from analytics, engineering, and even some external wizards. You’re the Gandalf of collaboration.
• Analysis, architecture, design – you’ll be the commander-in-chief of these realms. Usability testing? Your playground.
• Personas and journeys? You’re the storyteller, crafting tales that lead our users on epic quests through the world of finance.
• Collaboration is second nature. Design Thinking and User-Centered Design Sessions? You’re the conductor of the innovation orchestra.
• Guiding the product teams on the path of Design Led Development? You’ll be their North Star.
• Product governance structures? You’ll make sure they’re as sturdy as a castle wall.
