Key Requirements

• Passion about new technology and latest trends in UX
• Proven experience in using metrics, research and user feedback to define and refine designs.
• Create and maintain brand identity systems including logos and style guides
• Proven UX experience including mobile design
• Experience designing clickable wireframes and prototypes.
• Experience in working in collaborative teams of researchers, content designers (or equivalent) and product managers.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders by working through user flows, task analysis, personas, heuristic evaluation and other methods.
• Create competitor activity monitoring for key user journeys along with building general awareness of best in class user experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows.
• Experience working on design projects within an agile, multidisciplinary team, on high-traffic websites.
• Great design skills, production value and attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills and strong ability to take technical problems, sometimes complex in nature, and turn them into elegant user centred solutions.
• Future opportunities and industry updates. Keep up to date with developments and latest thinking regarding UX and design.
• Create a support network for business units that allow them to share and discuss best practice in UX and design.
• An excellent understanding of user experience best practice and designing cross platform for users with low digital literacy.
