Role: Lead UX/UI Designer

Location: London

Office Days: The head office is in London, and you MUST be in for meetings when needed, which could be once a month; however, other working days are flexible.

Salary: Up to £80,000

We are looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of crucial products, ensuring that the platform is intuitive, visually appealing, and aligns with the needs and preferences of a diverse user base.

Key Role Duties

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA engineers to design and deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviours, needs, and pain points. Utilise various research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wire frames, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualise and communicate design concepts-iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
• Work closely with developers to validate the technical feasibility of designs and ensure a successful, high-quality implementation.
