Product Designer

Salt have partnered with a leading Web Agency working across multiple B2B sectors to find them a Product Designer to work across a wide variety of large-scale projects.

They’re leaders in their space, and have grown every single year since they started. They have a commitment to learning and development, and this role would be perfect for an autonomous go-getter with a desire to grow and improve every day.

You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting user-centric digital experiences across Product and Web design, driving tangible impact for clients across Healthcare, Real Estate, Finance, and SaaS companies.

So, what are they looking for?

Must-haves:

• 4+ years’ UX/UI design experience, preferably in an agency environment (don’t let this put you off from applying if your experience is in-house!)
• Experience in designing functional and visually rich websites.
• Proficiency in Figma and ACS
• Great understanding and passion for user-centred design and accessibility
• A consistent proactive approach to workload, to effectively manage tasks and deadlines autonomously

Nice to have:

• Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems
• User research skills

This is a full-time, Permanent role based in London. The agency offer flexible hybrid working (3 in, 2 out). They also have some great benefits on offer, such as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a discretionary bonus, quarterly socials, and a £300 annual L&D budget.
