Senior Product Designer

Location: London

My Client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS fintech start-up seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of relevant experience in product design and should have a portfolio that demonstrates their expertise in B2B SaaS design. Candidates must be commutable to London.

Responsibilities:

• Influence the product from concept to launch, with a focus on creating user-centered, elegant, and efficient user experiences.
• Conduct user research, including user testing and analysis of user behaviour, to inform design decisions and ensure our product meets the needs of our users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure designs are implemented effectively and efficiently.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables to communicate design concepts and ensure usability.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across our product.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our product is innovative and effective.
• Participate in the development of design processes and methodologies to ensure efficiency and consistency across projects.

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and experience in B2B SaaS design.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Experience with user research methodologies, including user testing and analysis of user behaviour.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders.
