User Researcher – Big name travel brand

User Researchers for a Prestigious International Travel Brand’s Expanding Design Team – Fully Remote/Flexible working available!

We’ve known this company and their Design Leadership for years and have a great relationship with them, so would love to introduce you to them to discuss this position in their design team.

You’d be learning about their users around the world, helping to create great experiences that can turn customers into fans for life. You will be working on a number of existing and new products, focusing on:

• Mixture of discovery and evaluation
• Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team
• Devising studies, guides and carrying out the research

And we’re looking for:

• Great communicators
• People with solid mixed methodology user research experience
• Experience in remote testing and associated platforms
• Ideally some study or self-directed professional development in HCI or related disciplines
