The organisation I am working with is at the forefront of innovation and transformation in the digital arena. They are exceptional and bridging the gap between Research, Service Design, User Experience, Customer Experience and Emerging Technology. The UX Designer’s work will be to focus on the end-to-end journey across all the points of the end-to-end customer interaction and aid the business in creating a seamless customer journey.

What you will do

• Create a clear deliverables based on their challenge and needs
• Undertake stakeholder interviews
• Take research insights and turn them into design recommendations
• Create personas, customer journeys/service maps
• Think and work strategically with an understanding of how design thinking is applied to business
• Keep up to date on industry best practice and trends
• Have an indepth portfolio show cross platforms products and journies
• Have a can do approach and enjoy being part of an integrated agile team
