Greater London Contract / 12 Months £30.00 - £38.00 per hour

Salt is continuing their long standing collaboration with this Globally Established Software Giant as they seek to hire a Customer Acquisition and Data Manager to join their EMEA Marketing Team on an asap starting min-12 month contract role.

In this position, you will be at the forefront of driving customer outreach and engagement for their key Exec-Level events, support in optimising their executive database, play a pivotal role in event registration, maintenance of their large data-sets, extract insights, develop strategies to enhance customer interactions, enriching the database and also be instrumental in campaign delivery via direct mailing and creation of standard operation procedures.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively support the event and strategy leads to design the communication strategy for exec-level customers.
  • Partner with internal analysts for stakeholder report delivery, manage external agencies in briefing, creation and build/send of targeted emails
  • Lead and manage event registration systems
  • Run opt-in campaigns with the wider marketing team in line with GDPR guidelines
  • Manage and ensure the integrity of data within various systems – this will involve data cleansing, segmentation and maintenance to support effective targeting and reporting
  • Take ownership of the maintenance of datasets per region via Excel
  • Analyse, synthesize complex data, providing actionable insights to cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate cohesively with the sales, marketing and customer service teams to align CRM strategies
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures to streamline CRM processes
  • Identify opportunities for business process improvement and innovation within the CRM operations

Key Skills Required:

  • Hands on experience with CRM platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce, Marketo
  • Possess a strong analytical mindset with the key ability to efficiently synchronise complex
  • Proven experience working with large datasets
  • Expert level skills with Excel is essential
