As a multibillion dollar business, this much loved and globally revered luxury retailer have spent a number of years investing a huge amount into data and CRM personalization. They are growing many of their data teams to continually optimise and improve customer experience and this is where this role comes in!

This role sits within the EMEA Customer Analytics function, and we are looking for someone with a curious mindset, someone who can build reports and dashboards, and deliver insights around the customer.

You will report on customer behaviour pulling together data from multiple sources across CRM and digital, working to optimise engagement and retention.

We need someone who can go beyond the basics of reporting, and proactively identify requirements from across the business, translating your findings into beautiful decks and data visualisations.

Technically they have Tableau and SQL in house, which you need to feel highly adept with, as this role involves a lot of data standardisation, building out suits of dynamic reports for a wide variety of stakeholders, as well as being able to extract the ‘so what’, and the ‘why’ behind the data.

Experience required:

· Educated to at least degree level in a numerate subject such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, chemistry, physics, machine learning, computer science etc.

· A naturally curious mindset, a desire to deliver insightful change and impact is KEY

· Skills using basic SQL to manipulate and analyse various data sets and connect multiple data sources is essential

· Ideally experience with either Tableau to build reports, dashboards and engaging data visualisations

· Confident and strong presentation skills; ability to bring data to life for senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders

· Thrives in a pacey and high performing environment

· Strong team collaboration skills, able to work in a dynamic and solutions focused environment
