Data Implementation Analyst

Salt is collaborating with a great, London-based Creative Agency as they seek to hire a talented Data Implementation Analyst on a short term contract to support them in building a cohesive data reporting structure for their team. In this role, you will review their current data points and ideally compile these into a more centralised and streamlined process.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations to identify pivotal data-driven inquiries and prospects.
• Build efficient databases to meticulously store, arrange, and oversee data from diverse sources and ensuring data precision and integrity.
• Deploy advanced analytical models, leveraging techniques such as machine learning and artificial intelligence, to unveil concealed patterns and trends across all organisational sectors.
• Conduct thorough analyses in various key domains across sales, marketing, finance etc.
• Devise and produce succinct, and visually appealing reports tailored to meet the distinct requirements of diverse stakeholders across departments.
• Be at the forefront of data analysis tools and technologies
• Collaborate closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of data analysis tools and processes.

Key Skills Required:

• Hold 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar capacity, with a track record of handling data across multiple business functions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in constructing and managing databases, utilising platforms like SQL Server and MySQL.
• Previous use of Salesforce is advantageous
• Utilise data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI to craft impactful presentations.
• Have exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Be able to effectively translate intricate data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical teams.
