For this client data is becoming ever more important as they are growing their digital channel. Within your role you will be responsible for providing insights on the customer journey across the website, this data will directly inform business decision making.

Role Responsibilities

• Using all available tools and data sources, carry out data analysis to provide insight into the performance of the website.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests to support the digital team as required
• Analyse the results of A/B tests and provide recommendations for next steps
• Support the digital team and other users in their use of digital analytics and reporting tools
• Create and update weekly and monthly reports

Skills and Experience

• Strong use of excel
• Highly numerate with good attention to detail
• Experience of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing.
• Experience of generating reports from various data sources
