Job Title: Digital Optimisation Manager – Ecommerce
Salary: Up to £55,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus
Location: London
My client is the global leading information services company, providing data and analytical tools to clients internationally.
The position sits within their Ecommerce team with a focus on the company’s consumer products – Credit monitoring and comparison, as well as ID Fraud protection.
The Digital Optimisation Manager will own and deliver the optimisation strategy and testing roadmap for my client’s free product. This will focus on improving the performance of the product as well as testing new feature launches.
Some Responsibilities:
- Optimisation and testing of the product – ideas, through to test analysis and reporting.
- Monitor conversion rate performance across all commercial journeys, providing analysis on consumer behaviour/journey throughout.
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch tests and feature releases whilst providing regular updates on webpage performance.
Skills/Experience Required:
- At last 3 years’ experience in a similar role – Optimisation/E-commerce.
- Experience launching tests using CRO tools and platforms.
- Proven experience of improving web conversion rates.
- Experience using: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SessionCam or similar.
