Working with one of the world’s most-beloved brands, I am seeking a Freelance Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Analyst to help conduct comprehensive audits to identify usability issues and areas for improvement.
As a Freelance Conversion Rate Optimisation Analyst, you will:
· Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify conversion bottlenecks, usability issues, and areas for improvement through A/B and multivariate testing
· Plan, execute, and analyse testing to optimise various elements of the website, including landing pages, forms, and calls to action
· Work closely with the UX/UI team to implement changes that enhance the overall user experience and drive higher conversion rates
· Communicate/story-tell performance metrics, test results, and actionable recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
As a Freelance Conversion Rate Optimisation Analyst, you will need:
· 5+ years of hands-on experience across Conversion Rate Optimisation, with extensive A/B and multivariate testing experience
· Proficiency with a range of tools, including Adobe Analytics, GA, Tableau, Optimizely
· Experience creating stories to visualise data accurately to non-technical audiences
· 3+ month contract
· Hybrid working in Central London
