The Company and Role

My client is a fast growth technology company servicing the creative community. They have grown to 200 people in 10 years and are based in the heart of Amsterdam. They are cutting edge in terms of their technology and provide a dynamic environment where people can learn and progress quickly. They are looking for a Head of Department to come in and lead the growth of their userbase via UX research and analytics. The role will provide key insights to all internal stakeholders and teams – product/marketing/engineering to enable them to make key decisions which contribute to the continued growth of the company. The role will manage a team of c. 8 people and will frequently report into C-Level with valuable insights.

Key focus and requirements:-

• Assess and negotiate a selection of tools that will service all the company’s insights needs
• Proactively support product managers, sales managers, email managers and marketing managers in their strategic decision making
• Assist and develop relevant (growth/UX) tests and conclusions
• Build and develop a multidisciplinary team
• 5-10 years’ experience in Growth and UX research, focused on improving user experience, and scaling a user base on an international scale
• Prior experience building out a team
• Experienced with tracking methodologies and tools
• Proficient at analysing and deciphering complex data (qualitative and quantitative)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication
