Greater London Contract / 4 Months £200.00 - £220.00 per day

Salt has once again teamed up with one of the world’s largest FMCG Corporations as they resource for an Indirect Channel Performance Analyst to join their team on a 4 month long contract position (potential for further extension).

In this role, you will work to deliver reports, data and actionable insights on the commercial performance of the company, support in the design and implementation of reporting dashboards for commercial activity. You will also effectively relay key insights to colleagues and the leadership team via sourcing from various internal data systems, providing information in an engaging and actionable format. A previous understanding/working experience of sales and consumer data via SQL will be warmly received.

Applicants must be open to a hybrid working week – with min 2 days in house at their Hammersmith, London HQ.

Key Role Requirements:

  • Manage the design and implementation of reporting dashboards to track commercial activity
  • Hold an understanding of how to make complex data look simple for relevant stakeholders outside of the data division, ability to present back actionable insights
  • Provide information in an engaging and actionable format
  • Deeply understand the business context to emphasise the right insights
  • Effectively extract and interpret data from various data sources and systems – advanced excel and SQL experience well received
  • Consistent monitoring skills and ability to identify opportunities for continuous dashboard improvements
  • Perform geo-spatial planning and visualisation tasks via Tableau to support with field strategy.

Key Skills Required:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments for development of reporting objectives
  • Effectively able to relay information in a clear, concise manner
  • Previous experience supporting more junior members to advise on technical skills etc.
  • Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment
