They have seen incredible success over the past few years, with growth continuing to rise throughout 2023.

The Data Team is in a really strong position, with great Data / Analytics Engineers in place and fantastic buy-in from senior stakeholders across the company.

What’s next you may ask? To enhance the units capabilities by adding their first major Data Science hire – all with the mission of building and owning advanced decisioning & recommendation engines that feed directly into the core product.

Integration will be efficient, like the bespoke data platform they have built, and will enable real-time decision making around next best action. The team is made up of some very strong data professionals, including a very good Data Engineering unit – so all the data you need is at hand and ready!

You’ll be working closely with Directors across Product and Mobile verticals, and once the core models are operation operational, you’ll be making a couple of hires and leading your new team! This will be yours to own – and will take lead on ideation and road-mapping moving forward.

We’re looking for someone who has strong Python & SQL experience, has worked with Databricks and the Azure Cloud Platform. The ability to lead teams, and manage internal stakeholders is important. Business acumen and the ability to ideate and define next projects will be key.
