This role will be working in a team of 8 within for this well-known retailer. The Marketing Effectiveness Specialist will enable the marketing team to invest a multi-million pound marketing budget to generate the best ROI

You will –

Use your expertise to create bespoke marketing mix models to understand estimates of ROI by channel the marketing strategy
Work with customer offerings team and agencies to translate marketing strategy into an appropriate evaluation framework
Evaluate marketing campaigns to establish the effectiveness from a financial and customer perspective
Lead end to end projects sharing results in a compelling manner

Key skill –

Numerate degree
Experience developing and applying econometric / marketing mix models either agency or client side
Experience with one or a number of data analytics software’s – SAS, R, Python
Strong communication abilities able to work with multiple stakeholders and comfortable presenting back findings
