Digital Performance Analyst

Location: Central London/Hybrid – 2/3 days in office per week

Salary: Up to £40,000

Currently partnering an independent recruitment marketing agency – they are going through an exciting period of growth which is why they are looking to hire a Performance Analyst in to the team!

You will be responsible for setting up dashboards in Tableau and using GTM and Google Analytics to track the performance of campaigns, playing a critical role in ensuring the successful execution and performance of the clients paid media activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
Strong data visualisation skills with a keen eye for design and user experience.
Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL.
Familiarity with ad serving platforms, such as Campaign Managers Google Ad Manager, DoubleClick, or similar.
Proficiency in ad tracking and analytics tools (GTM, GA4).
