SALARY: £62k & 20% bonus
LOCATION: Hybrid working / 2-3 days in Central London office
Working as the SME the all things omnichannel analytics within this much loved hospitality brand.
The culture is one of family and fun, underpinned with an entrepreneurial spirit and you will report directly into their Chief Digital Officer, one of the biggest selling points of this role. He has worked at c-suite level for many global and British brands, driving digital transformation and change; working as his ‘right hand person’ to help support board level meetings and decisions with your analytics and insights, is a HUGE career opportunity.
You will own all analytics across customer, marketing and digital product (app and web), enabling stakeholders to leverage actionable insights to infirm decision making around customer behaviour and engagement, loyalty and CRM campaign performance. You will also look at customer journey through the app and on the website, building reports and dashboards for end users too.
Technically a broad skill set is required, with foundations in statistics and a passion for bringing data to life for a business. So a very strong skill set with SQL and Excel skills, as well as some experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics for digital analytics is key.
You will need to be able to juggle many requests and projects, constantly prioritising and work proactively to add value. Ideally you will already operating at a senior level or certainly, read to step into a position of ownership.
