Join one of the stand-out players in the global insurance space as they look to add two Lead / Senior Data Scientist to their team, with the focus on building best-in-class AI solutions and driving forward a fantastic phase of new developments.
Over the past 12 months they have put together a talented team of 15 data experts and full-stack developers, forming a new “digital hub” within the business. Their task, to disrupt the insurance space – taking the business towards a new future as a true data organisation. Plans are to extend the team to around 25 people, expanding their reach while keeping their independence and “start-up within a wider business” feel.
We’re looking for innovators, influencers and passionate data experts. People who are knowledgeable of their field, and can embrace the opportunity to make their ideas reality. You’ll be given all the tools and support needed to do this!
Projects will be centered on science and modelling within the insurance domain – creating & deploying AI/ML solutions for teams across pricing, underwriting, claims and more…

Senior Data Scientist – Insurance
Top tier global insurer
£80,000 to £100,000 + benefits

– Degree in a numerate or STEM subject
– Commercial experience building advanced analytics and machine learning models
– Python, SQL, Spark, R
– Proven commercial experience in advanced AI
