Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
Location: London/Hybrid
You will be working with a super well known eCommerce powerhouse to improving their website and eCommerce functions by supporting (and continually optimising) the launch of new products, campaigns and initiatives across Europe.
Responsibilities Include:
- eCommerce lead for a key client account, responsible for ongoing delivery of performance and insights on platform innovations, campaigns and activities.
- Improve the user experience & commercial return by:
- Identifying the most prominent areas of a website experience to optimise, quantifying potential returns, and collaborating with UX team to design impactful new experiences through A/B testing
- Performance reporting across each of the A/B tests conducting, and providing ongoing performance insights to programme management, UX and various teams involved.
- Supporting the client with ad-hoc campaign or insight reporting outside of CRO programme, to eCommerce optimisations & efficiencies.
- The role provides the ability to tap into a range of data (on-site traffic, reviews, quant qual) to identify performance trends & behaviours across our programmes of work.
- Extract performance & create insights that lead to website optimisation, to create a fully personalised website.
Key skills:
- Strong analytical skills, and interest in analysis of a range of different data types (such as digital, social, CRM, transactional, customer and research).
- Previous exposure to digital ecommerce tools is beneficial (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics), and previous experience with CRO & A/B testing Programmes (including familiarity with statistical significance).
- Ability to clean and process complex datasets to identify valuable or prominent trends within data.
- Understand customer performance & behaviours through investigative techniques, and create clear analytics summary & recommendations founded in data.
- Prior exposure or interest in learning additional various data tools & languages, such as Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI, or other digitally oriented tools (Brandwatch, Pulsar, Crimson Hexagon).
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to consolidate analytics outputs into clear, contextual recommendations for technical and non technical stakeholders.
