This role will play essential in the continuation of forward momentum of Project Voyager:
Project Setup
* Establish detailed deliverables, timeline, budget, project plan for Project Voyager Wave 0
* Define dependencies with Voyager Wave 1
* Set up project operation for Wave 0, as well as the cooperation with Wave 1
Design Deliverables
* Coordinate to create design deliverables across all workstreams (technical design, change management plan,
test approach, data approach) for Project Voyager Wave 0
* Work with key stakeholders to get all necessary approvals, including market reviews
* Manage dependencies with Voyager Wave 1
Technical Implementation
* Coordinate teams, including all 3rd party vendors to deliver Voyager Wave 0 technical implementation,
including SAP ECC development and data cleansing / transformation
* Manage / oversee testing through all test cycles, including UAT
* Own change management and communications activities across workstreams
* Organise to create all pre-requisites for technical and business go-live, get necessary approvals
* Manage dependencies with Voyager Wave 1
Go-Live
* Take ownership of technical cut-over and business go-live for Wave 0 systems
* Manage dependencies with Voyager Wave 1
Warranty
* Oversee project warranty operation
* Coordinate for BAU handover and transition into Wave 1 deliverables
