Fantastic opportunity for a Growth marketing manager in the tech space to join one of the fastest-growing training platforms in the world! (Over 2million members globally!)

You will work directly with the Head of Marketing to build out the growth function and you will have ideally come from a PLG start-up/scale-up

Responsibilities:

• Set the full growth strategy across multiple channels and plan campaigns to meet qualified lead and revenue goals
• Create full-funnel dashboards to measure, optimise & scale marketing efforts
• Own all growth across B2B & D2C
• Run A/B tests & SEO campaigns to increase traffic to the website
• Work closely with sales to drive qualified leads that convert

Required experience:

• Start-up B2C2B experience (preferably a Product-led Start-up) Ideally Seed – Series C
• Understand of all areas of growth marketing (paid acquisition, email/lifecycle marketing, SEO, website management & conversion rate optimisation, marketing ops and analytics)
• Experienced at executing campaigns across multiple channels
• Proficiency in full stack of marketing tools
