A leading online marketplace is looking for their first analytics hire in London! You will join a fast paced, entrepreneurial team who are revolutionising the industry.

Current standing at 30 people strong, you’ll be responsible for building an efficient and effective working practice that will put real people and behaviour at the heart of the business. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a rapidly growing business. Reporting into the VP Marketing, you will have ownership of the analytics strategy and implementation.

Requirements

• Manage the data held within the database, ensuring consistency and accessibility
• Deliver of all data driven customer analytics, reporting and campaign managements
• Analysis of customer trends and transactional data to provide recommendations to the marketing team
• Responsible for creating weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports and dashboards that allow teams to understand and optimise campaign performance using tools such as Tableau/Google Analytics/Data studio
• Product analysis – looking at web analytics journeys to understand customer pathways and understand potential pain points.
• Measurement of any changes made on product to understand the impact
• Analysis of all marketing activity and set up of reports to show conversion and impact of all channels
• Management reporting of KPI’s across the business

Experience

• Educated to decree level in relevant numerate subject (Maths, Stats)
• Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook, and other web analytics tools
• Data management software e.g. SQL, R, Python
• Proven experience and passion around customer insight and marketing analytics
• Experience working with large structured/ unstructured data sets
