Junior Data Engineer AWS

Salt are partnered with a multi-national consultancy who are looking for a Junior level Data Engineer to join the team in London, working in a collaborative environment to bring together cutting-edge analytical techniques, creative thinking and diverse perspectives to drive growth.

The Data Engineer must have some experience working in a data driven commercial environment with knowledge within AWS technologies, experience with Python would be highly beneficial

In this role the Data Engineer will be working in a Data team of 5 people, who are responsible for the development and maintenance of a number of the business’ own data products.

This role is great for a Junior level Data Engineer (circa 1 years+) that is ready to join an innovative business, learn and grow their career with a very respected, data strong team.

Requirements:

– Experience with AWS e.g. S3, Data Lakehouse

– Exposure with enhancing and working across ETL tools

– Self disciplined, ability to take initiative and works well under pressure

– Strong attention to detail

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
