Position Overview: As a Lead Data Engineer, you will spearhead designing and implementing cutting-edge strategies for APIs and data pipelines. Your role will encompass developing scalable APIs utilizing Python frameworks like Fast API or Flask while also constructing scalable data pipelines using Spark/Python and orchestration tools such as Airflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft innovative strategies and design approaches for APIs and data pipelines.
• Develop and implement data-driven tools and solutions.
• Construct scalable APIs utilizing Python frameworks like Fast API or Flask.
• Create scalable data pipelines using Spark/Python and orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and other scripting/programming languages to solve diverse data challenges.
• Work with a diverse range of data infrastructure and systems such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Azure data lakes, Data Bricks, and Kubernetes.
• Communicate effectively and share ideas tailored to diverse audiences.
• Adapt swiftly to new opportunities and navigate through uncertainty adeptly.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve collective goals and outcomes.
• Showcase responsibility and accountability in task completion, actively seeking problem resolution and identifying opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in strategies and design approaches for APIs and data pipelines.
• Extensive background in developing data-driven tools and solutions.
• Proficiency in building scalable APIs with Python frameworks like Fast API or Flask.
• Strong expertise in constructing scalable data pipelines using Spark/Python and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow).
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and scripting/programming for diverse data challenges.
• Familiarity with diverse data infrastructure and systems like PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Azure data lakes, Data Bricks, and Kubernetes.
