We are pleased to present this vacancy to our HR & People Talent – Global Compensations & Benefits Manager

Our client is a SaaS provider who is currently staring their hyper growth journey and are set to IPO in the next two years. This role has been created for the right individual to work with the Senior Leadership team to executive the strategy and shape the comps solution!

This role isn’t for the faint hearted! You will be joining a Global organisation where constant change is normality. You will succeed with having credibility in your area of expertise and leading the company to their next level!

You will implement and design the global infrastructure, analysing and creating the best environment to attract and hire the best talent.

Please note this will be an individual contributor role, with the ability to carve the division and hire a team as you create and continue on the comps and bens journey.
