Global Head of Talent Acquisition

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, developing, and guiding an experienced Talent Acquisition and Campus Recruitment team of 15-20 members, responsible for all recruiting.
- Developing the employer brand and employee value proposition to ensure the attraction of top talent.
- Creating and implementing processes to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Reviewing and enhancing candidate screening, assessment, and selection processes.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and influence to senior stakeholders on effective recruitment strategies and other talent-related topics.
- Establishing and delivering on KPIs/metrics and goals for process improvement.
- Maximizing the return on investment from recruitment tools and external vendors.
- Overseeing and directing the execution of several recruitment projects.
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (ED&I) initiatives.
- Collaborating with the People Operations function to ensure efficient and outstanding candidate pre-boarding.
- Working closely with the People function to guarantee an excellent onboarding experience for new hires.
- Establishing and enhancing standardized work procedures and crafting a roadmap for the future.
- Leading the Global Talent Acquisition strategy.
Qualifications and Experience:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Extensive experience (more than 10 years) in leading recruitment functions for multinational organizations.
- Proven leadership abilities with a transformative approach and exceptional people management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Profound understanding of recruitment strategies, best practices, and the talent market.
- Advanced proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn and managing agency relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the capacity to provide structure and opportunities for others.
- Entrepreneurial, strategic, empowering, and inspirational in your approach.
- A visionary thinker and collaborative facilitator in the realm of recruitment, sourcing, management, and leadership.
- Proficiency in leveraging and interpreting recruitment data to drive improved outcomes.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with resilience under pressure, comfortable operating in highly ambiguous environments undergoing significant change.
- Proficiency in the English language is essential.
