Your Role & Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation projects by leveraging agile principles. You will work within a squad with executive sponsorship, enabling direct impact.
- Take ownership of the strategic development and global implementation of medium to long-term transformative projects.
- Partner with leaders and key decision-makers to optimize success through transformative initiatives.
- Research best-in-class industry trends to advise executives on engaging the workforce, using innovative practices to optimize change management, organization design, and workforce analytics.
- Utilize people analytics as a foundation for your decision-making process.
- Conduct training sessions for HR professionals to enhance their skills in global transformation.
- Manage end-to-end transformation, from conceptual design to execution and full deployment.
Qualifications and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A passion for people, with the ability to build strong relationships and think outside the box.
- A track record of delivering high-quality work, adaptability to change, and the ability to work independently at a fast pace.
- Proficiency in working within cross-functional teams and effectively communicating with senior stakeholders.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in driving transformation.
- At least a Master’s level education.
- Knowledge in change management, organization design, workforce analytics, and business acumen.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are welcomed).
